Students from Spain on mobility at Logos center: Mostar as an inspiration and a lifelong experience

As part of the Erasmus+ mobility program, Logos center Mostar hosted Design students from a partner school Escuela de arte de Oviedo, Spain. During their several-month stay in Mostar, the students actively participated in academic and project-based activities within the Design study program, discovered the region’s rich culture and history, and gained invaluable international experience.

The mobility program included a wide variety of activities , from lectures and practical workshops to field activities and cultural visits. Students expressed their creativity through assigned design projects integrated into the curriculum and had the opportunity to collaborate with local students and professors, exchanging knowledge and perspectives.

Beyond the academic part, the students expressed particular enthusiasm for the richness of Mostar’s cultural heritage, the hospitality of the local community, and the warmth and kindness of their hosts.

As they themselves shared:

“It’s impossible to sum up this experience in a few sentences. Thank you, Mostar, for teaching me so much about your culture, your history, and your people. An incredible place that will always be in my heart.”

“The story of an adventure that began as an idea and ended up being a wonderful experience that I will remember for the rest of my life.”

This mobility is yet another testament to the importance of international cooperation in higher education and the value of intercultural learning. Logos center remains committed to opening its doors to students and faculty from across Europe and to continuously developing programs that combine knowledge, creativity, and international dialogue.
