The teaching staff of the College “Logos center” Mostar participated in an international mobility programme for professional development (Staff Mobility for Training) at the University of Jaén in Spain. The mobility was carried out in the period from 1 to 5 December 2025.
The aim of the mobility was professional training through participation in structured training activities, workshops, and consultations with representatives of the International Relations Office of the University of Jaén. The programme focused on the development of professional competences, the exchange of experience in the field of internationalisation, the improvement of teaching and administrative practices, and the strengthening of institutional capacity for participation in international projects and Erasmus+ activities.
During the mobility, the following activities were carried out:
• participation in educational and professional sessions related to international cooperation and support to the teaching process,
• exchange of knowledge and good practices in the field of mobility management and international projects,
• establishment of professional contacts and foundations for further cooperation between the institutions.
This mobility represents an important contribution to the continuous improvement of the quality of work at the College “Logos center” Mostar and confirms its commitment to the professional development of staff and to international academic cooperation.
