For the organization of modern society and state the knowledge of its legal and financial dimensions is necessary. National, international and transnational law are now a complex of knowledge which requires professionals who are able to cope with the complex demands of society and the profession. Nowadays it is not possible to address numerous issues of private and public law sphere in which legal relations of varying degrees of complexity are encountered and clarified, without the help of legal professionals. Without qualified legal professionals it will be difficult to implement successfully the EU accession process, and the judiciary and the administration can not function effectively or meet EU requirements and standards.
In the context of the analysis we performed a comparison with the curricula of law schools at the University "Džemal Bijedić" in Mostar and the University of Mostar and some developed European countries (Croatia, Slovenia, Austria, Czech Republic). The analysis showed that the proposed study program at the College "Logos Center" in Mostar won't essentially differ from the regime of teaching in law schools in those countries and higher education institutions. The teaching process: lectures, seminars, case law and legal clinics, as well as the breadth and comprehensiveness of the proposed curriculum support this view.
