The bodies of the College are: Administrative Board, the Senate and the Director of the School. College can, where necessary, appoint other professional bodies.
Responsibility for the College business "Logos centar" Mostar is on Administrative board. Administrative Board consists of seven members, four appointed by the founder, and others appointed by the Senate. Senate appoints and dismisses the members of the Administrative Board on a term of 4 years.
The Administrative Board shall perform tasks set by law and this statute, and in
particular:
- Give opinions on the Statute of the College, and brings a general act on internal
organization and job classification and other acts in accordance with the law,
- Decides on the establishment of other legal entities in accordance with the law
and Statute,
- Establish the financing and development plans,
- Adopts the annual work program of the College on the proposal of the Senate,
- Directs, controls and evaluates the work of the director in the field of financial
management,
- Resolve issues related to the founders,
- Decides on the use of funds more than 5000.00 KM
- Decides on the employees objections on decisions of the College, which are decided
in the first instance on the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the employee
from employment, and shall submit at least once a year College business report to
a founder
- Brings the plan of investments of the College
- Performs other duties as authorized by law and Statute.
College Senate shall perform the following functions:
- Decides on the educational, scientific, artistic and professional activities,
- Adopts the Statute of College with prior of Administrative Board opinion,
- Adopts other regulations in accordance with the law and Statute,
- Adopts curriculum and programs for undergraduate study,
- Elects Director,
- Elects academic staff with prior opinion of the Administrative Board,
- Make decisions on the hiring and termination of employment of College staff
- Establish the scientific and research projects, determines the holders of these
projects and monitor their implementation,
- Ti is created for intellectual upliftment of young associates and scientific research
workers by organizing various forms of scientific and professional training,
- Gives preliminary approval to the lesson plans of College studies,
- Formulates a plan of book publishing and other book references whose authors are
teachers and college staff and provides the resources for the realization of the
publishing plan,
- Formulates proposals for new higher education establishment and research institutes,
centers and other institutes,
- Decides on the conclusion of cooperation agreements with universities in Bosnia
and Herzegovina and abroad, establishes programs and cooperation and determines
the contractual obligations
- Organizes conferences on the College motherboard, and in the field of higher education
in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the presentation of significant results of scientific
and researching work realized in the framework of College activity.
College Senate performs other tasks stipulated by law, the statutes and by regulation of studying.
Director is the College’s managing body.
Director corresponds for his work in the field to academic issues to the Senate,
and in the domain of the Administrative Board. Director in carrying out these functions
is assisted by aides and Secretary General.
Director performs the tasks set by law, and in particular:
- Manages and represents the College,
- Organizes and manages the work of the College and is responsible for the legality
of work,
- Adopts individual acts in accordance with the law and Statute,
- Proposes to the bodies of the College improving labor measures,
- Proposes to the Administrative Board the measures for effective and lawful discharge
of College,
- Proposes basic plans of operation and development of the College,
- Proposes to the Administrative Board the internal organization and systematization
of jobs,
- Implements the decisions of the Board and other bodies of College,
- Decides on the use of funds to the amount determined by Statute, and above this
amount on the basis of a special authorization of the Administrative Board,
- Decides on the rights, obligations and responsibilities of employees from employment
- Gives the report to the Administrative on the financial operations of the College,
- Participates in the work of BiH Rectors' Conference,
- Signs the College documents and contracts concluded by the College,
- Awards and honors presented to the College, proposes the nominee to the Board
for the College official
- Performs other duties in accordance with law and the College Statute.
In the event of his absence or longer none performing this function, Director is replaced by its assistant with all the powers of directors.
